At Pearl Medical Spa & Wellness, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly request timely notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your visit.
1. 24-Hour Notice Policy
We require at least 24 hours advanced notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows our clinical team to accommodate other clients on our waitlist.
2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or missed appointments (no-shows) may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the consultation deposit.
3. Late Arrival
Please arrive a few minutes prior to your scheduled time. If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid delaying subsequent patients, or your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
4. Medical Emergencies & Illness
If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms, fever, active infection, or an emergency, please notify us as soon as possible and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment.
