1. Treatment Services & Consultations
All completed aesthetic procedures, injectables, and consultation fees are strictly non-refundable. The cost covers clinical expertise, procedural time, single-use sterile medical supplies, and administered products.
2. Pre-Paid Treatment Packages
Pre-paid packages and series are non-refundable once initiated. If you are clinically unable to complete a series due to a medical contraindication, the remaining unused balance may be converted into clinic credit for eligible alternative services.
3. Skincare Products
Unopened and sealed retail skincare products in original packaging may be returned for clinic exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase with proof of receipt.
