2. Follow-Up & Complimentary Assessment
We encourage all neurotoxin (Xeomin/Jeuveau/Dysport) and dermal filler patients to schedule a complimentary 2-week follow-up assessment. If minor asymmetry or adjustments are required once the product has fully settled, our injector will evaluate and formulate an appropriate touch-up plan (additional product units are billed at standard per-unit pricing).
3. Service Refund Policy
All aesthetic procedures, consultation fees, and medical treatments rendered are strictly non-refundable. The cost of treatment covers the medical professional’s clinical expertise, clinical time, sterile facility overhead, and single-use medical-grade supplies and products utilized during the service.
4. Skincare Product Return & Exchange Policy
- Unopened & Sealed Products: May be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase with original receipt.
- Opened Products / Adverse Reactions: If you experience an unexpected allergic reaction, please discontinue use immediately and contact our clinic within 7 days. Upon clinical assessment, we will provide an exchange or store credit for an alternative suitable formulation.
